    Yours is a highly personal yoga practice, even when we practice in a group. The positive energy we get from a group can motivate and bolster our spirits, but when life gets in the way, we need to remember what we've learned to practice on our own.     If you're not used to belting out tunes, getting the sound "aum" out of your mouth can be intimidating and downright strange. I used to feel that way about it myself. I don't fancy myself a singer and I used to feel self-conscious about my ability to stay in tune for more than a few moments.
