As a homeschooling parent, I understand that meeting the needs of individual students should come first. So I have created Yoga Studies workshops that will meet the needs of newer students, enrichment learning for curious students, and continuing education for teachers.

Presently I am an in-person teacher. I find it to be the very best way for me to connect with students. If you feel called to practice with me, I welcome you to my studio to find commUnity and enrichment for your life.

You can find my Yoga Studies workshops in the Yoga Teacher Training section of this website. Yoga Studies are introductory through intermediate level subject courses that earn contact (in-person) hours toward our yoga teacher training program, Continuing Education for Registered Teachers, or for personal enrichment.
