Meditation Teacher Training is an all-inclusive 6 hour course for yoga teachers and experienced meditators. This is not a cookie-cutter script memorization; this course lays out how meditation occurs, what impedes it, and how to guide others in meditation that feels natural.

 

I have included the most impactful meditations I have ever experienced, give you an experience of them, and then laid them out for you to see how I constructed them, and options for how to modify them for a variety of situations with individuals and groups.
