Teachers and Healing Arts Professionals
Jeff began his health journey 25 years ago by overcoming childhood obesity. After trying every diet and workout fad ever to have a book written about it, he took up daily meditation and a plant-based diet which he continues to this day. Jeff is now a health coach to encourage and teach others how to cook yummy, nutritious plant-based meals. Jeff continues his studies in nutrition from Dr. Michael Gregor of NutritionFacts.org, and the works of T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.

Yoga teacher E-RYT200
Associate Teacher Trainer
"Jewelry by Janet" creator
Janet was introduced to yoga while she was a theater and dance student at San Diego State University. Yoga captured her heart at that first “Hello," and it was love at first “Om!" Her most influential teachers include Ram Dass, Govindas, Saul David Raye, and Kathryn Budig. Her style is fun and engaging, with emphasis on alignment and respecting the journey within the body that alters from day to day. Laughter and freedom of expression is encouraged. Students can expect creative flows mixed with workshop-style integration to demystify basic postures. In her free time, Janet can often be found geeking out in a variety of genres, or in the ocean...often with her mermaid fin attached, chasing dolphins and exploring the world with her two sons and her husband.
Yoga Teacher & Educator
Michelle first began practicing yoga over 10 years ago. Over time, she experienced the ways in which yoga can impact the body, mind, and spirit. It helped her find moments of peace and clarity that extended far beyond the mat. In 2018, she realized that she wanted to share yoga with others so that they too might benefit from a regular yoga practice. This led her to pursue and complete the 200 hour teacher training program at Full Circle Yoga where she was blessed to learn from highly trained and experienced yoga teachers. Michelle’s classes focus on breath as well as mindfulness of movement and alignment. She is passionate about helping others increase strength and mindfulness through a regular yoga practice.
Jessica has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager to manage stress and add variety to her workouts; however, a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016 made her truly recognize the great mental and physical healing benefits of yoga. Jessica is a certified Reiki Master, certified Oncology Reiki practitioner, and a certified Crystal Reader. When she is not teaching or writing, you can find her chasing her two busy boys around or having dance parties with them in the ‘mama-van’.
Dena M. Peterson
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Group & Private Sessions
Dena began her yoga and meditation practice to combat chronic pain, then deepened her practice by adding Ayurvedic practices, Reiki healing, chakra exploration, and yoga teacher training. Dena experienced corrective scoliosis surgery at age 13, Fibromyalgia diagnosis at age 23 and at age 37 a broken left tibia & shattered knee joint. Dena suffered a freak accident in the final weeks of yoga teacher training and spent over a year in rehabilitation. This tragic experience lead her to approach yoga in an entirely new way through a creative and adaptive personal chair yoga practice. Through private and small group classes, Dena assists students with modifications and educates in the use of props to empower a creative mind-body experience. Dena also has a passion for working with the senior community, children, listening to music, being in nature and spending time with her son, family, and friends.
