Teachers and Healing Arts Professionals
Jeff began his health journey 25 years ago by overcoming childhood obesity. After trying every diet and workout fad ever to have a book written about it, he took up daily meditation and a plant-based diet which he continues to this day. Jeff is now a health coach to encourage and teach others how to cook yummy, nutritious plant-based meals. Jeff continues his studies in nutrition from Dr. Michael Gregor of NutritionFacts.org, and the works of T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.
A longtime practitioner of Inner Bonding®, I found yoga and meditation to be a natural extension of my self-care practice. After completing yoga teacher training in 2017, I began incorporating plant and energy medicine techniques into my practice, combining them into a unique blend of strategies I call "Embodied Mindfulness." As my teaching career has grown and evolved, it has become a true pleasure of mine to share these strategies with others. I also teach workshops on herbal wellness, essential oils, and natural remedies with a passion and joy. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, crocheting, and appreciating the great outdoors. Now offering individual Guided Meditation or Embodied Mindfulness sessions. Partial or full fee forgiveness available for those whose finances have been affected by coronavirus.

Yoga & Meditation Teacher
On her path toward wholeness and vitality, Vitzania took up the steady practice of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and other modalities to gain an inner sense of overall wellness. "I overcame recurring mental and physical pain through yoga, meditation, and reiki. I take pause and move the ongoing stuff out. In doing so the changes in my day to day information arrive in a sense, with outstanding clarity of mind and body. I am a practitioner of Usui Reiki level 2 and a yoga and meditation teacher through Full Circle Yoga's certification program. I continue my education in HighSelf Resonance Therapy (HRT) and am also a member of Conscious Movement, a personally supportive process group that equally enriches all of my practices."
Dena began her yoga and meditation practice to combat chronic pain, then deepened her practice by adding Ayurvedic practices, Reiki healing, chakra exploration, and yoga teacher training. Dena experienced corrective scoliosis surgery at age 13, Fibromyalgia diagnosis at age 23 and at age 37 a broken left tibia & shattered knee joint. Dena suffered a freak accident in the final weeks of yoga teacher training and spent over a year in rehabilitation. This tragic experience lead her to approach yoga in an entirely new way through a creative and adaptive personal chair yoga practice. Dena assists students with modifications and educates in the use of props to empower a creative mind-body experience.
